Resources and Donor Support

In our effort to provide direct access to information for mental health services in the Open-Clinic-sign-2-web1Sacramento region, Middleway Health Foundation has developed this user friendly Healthcare Provider Directory with services for individuals and families.

Each agency participating in our directory has provided valuable information including services, fees, resources, and facility accommodations.  We are very proud to have a diverse group of agencies participating in our directory, allowing us to provide you with information that helps you through the important process of choosing a provider.

Participating agencies include sliding scale, MediCal eligible, and private pay accepting clinics. Many offer services in various languages, as well as unique approaches and specialties.

The Foundation Gallery displays a variety of art by local artists, and a percentage of the proceeds go toward providing free and low-cost services to the community.  Our intention with the art space is to highlight the significance of creative expression, because creativity and art save lives; and beauty heals and inspires. The Foundation Gallery is open for special events, 2nd Saturdays, and by appointment.
